JAPANESE CURRICULUMS: ANALYSIS IN THE LIGHT OF DISCURSIVE LINGUISTICS

Abstract:

The paper is devoted to the analysis of Japanese curriculums in the light of discursive linguistics. The relevance of the paper is due to the growing interest of discursive linguistics in study of human behavior in socially valued situations. The object of current research is to analyze Japanese curriculums through different types of institutional discourse – pedagogical, educational, didactical and legitimating. The field is discursive linguistics. Using such methods as description, comparison, analysis and synthesis we made an attempt to answer the main question: in what discourse the critical discourse-analysis of Japanese curriculums should be made.
