Abstract:
The author proves the necessity of studying the educational needs such a subject of system of contin-uing professional education as graduates of educational organizations of higher professional education. The article reveals the role of such data for modeling of regional systems of continuous vocational training. The author presents the results of original research of statistical information about the system of continuing professional education, state of sphere labor and employment in the Ural-Siberian region; the results of a questionnaire survey of graduates of educational organizations of higher professional education of the Ural-Siberian region. The scientific novelty of the ideas of the author consists in testing tools for monitoring of the regional system of continuing professional education. The conclusions of the author, focused on the ad-aptation of regional systems of continuing professional education to the educational needs of the such sub-ject of the system as graduates of educational organizations of higher professional education. The results of research can be used by administrators of the regional system of continuing professional education for the development of educational policy; by educational organizations for developing a strategy of career guid-ance and organization of educational process.
