Abstract:
The article shows the dynamics of the market development of housing construction, the results of the analysis of transport costs in the construction. considered the dominant role of road transport in the material of construction is proposed providing logistics system of transport and technological maintenance of build-ing streams by material resources, allowing to reduce the duration and cost of construction projects.
