Abstract:
The article deals with the features of the «chivalry» motive in the poetics of the F. M. Dosto-evsky’s novel «The Idiot». Attention is paid to cultural contexts, which are organically implemented by the «chivalrous» motivic complex, as well as by the overall image of the «prince-knight».
