Management of the health-saving environment formation in a preschool educational organization (on the example of a preschool institutionin the Republic of Kazakhstan)

Abstract: The problem of managing the formation of a health-saving environment in a preschool educational organization, both in Russia and in the Republic of Kazakhstan, is put forward as a dominant one due to quite record numbers of children’s morbidity. It is necessary to search for effective management mechanisms for improving the health of all participants in the pedagogical process, ensuring safe life and introducing children to a healthy lifestyle. To study the issues of managing the formation of a health-saving environment in a preschool educational organization, an experimental study was organized aimed at clarifying the concept of this phenomenon in the context of a children’s educational institution, diagnostic tools were developed, including the method of expert assessment, included and non-included observation, analysis of documents, products of activity children. Diagnostics was carried out to identify the level of formation of a health-saving environment based on the selected criteria and indicators of the health-saving infrastructure of an educational institution, its rational organization. The purpose of the article is to characterize the conditions for managing the formation of a health- saving environment in a preschool educational organization using the example of the day care center “Rosinka”, North Kazakhstan region, Petropavlovsk, ensuring the functioning and development of the process of health-saving environment as a system that allows to carry out work on its formation in a complex that imply the perception of the child as an active subject of activity.
