Staffing quality monitoring in the agro-industrial complex of the region

Abstract: The study is devoted to the problems of providing the agro-industrial complex of the region with specialists and workers having the required level of quality characteristics and being ready to develop them. The aim of the study is to conduct a sociological study of the staffing quality in the agro-industrial complex of the Omsk region; making conclusions on the staffing quality; determination of efficient directions for improving the staffing quality in the agro- industrial complex of the region. The main methods used in the research process: general scientific approaches, consisting of market research; sociological, as well as various methods of marketing research. In order to study the staffing quality of the agro-industrial complex, a sociological study was carried out, where the heads of agricultural enterprises, peasant farms and processing enterprises of the Omsk region took part. To carry out the research, the specific methodology was developed for monitoring the staffing quality of agricultural enterprises in the region, which will identify medium-term plans for the development of enterprises and compare them with the actual staffing quality; determine the presence, qualitative structure and movement of workers, as well as analyze the actions of heads of enterprises and government bodies aimed at improving the staffing quality of agricultural enterprises. On the basis of the data obtained based on the results of the survey, a database was developed to characterize the staffing quality of enterprises in the agro-industrial complex of the Omsk region.
