Non-institutional practices of polyartistic education as a pedagogical phenomenon: historical context

Abstract. From a pedagogical point of view the article analyzes the activities of spontaneously formed open Internet
communities focused on mutual creative support for a person’s activity experience of his own vitality in conditions of
pandemic, lockdowns and isolation. The multiplicity and repetition of examples of pedagogical situations related to culture
and education and to the online integrated art mastering in order to meet the everyday creative needs of a person, made it
possible to generalize the activities of online communities as a pedagogical phenomenon that has a historical basis in the
form of non-institutional practices of polyart education (NPPE). The methodological basis for studying NPP as a pedagogical
phenomenon at the philosophical level was formed by the philosophical-anthropological and hermeneutic approaches, on the
general scientific – anthropocultural and synergetic approaches, on the specifically scientific – creative and polyartic. The use
of theoretical (comparative historical analysis, causal analysis) and empirical (observation, interviewing) methods made it
possible to substantiate that NPPE can be considered and studied as a pedagogical phenomenon, since it embodies pedagogical
ideas, solves pedagogical tasks, implements the subject-subjective interaction in the online format of all participants in the
cultural and educational space, opportunities are created and the needs of creative development and self-realization are
met, pedagogical means of facilitating the educational process are used. The main result of the research is the scientific
understanding of NPP as a new problem field in art pedagogy. The authors’ personal contribution consists in disclosing the
historical context of NPPE as a pedagogical phenomenon, in understanding its cultural, educational and pedagogical potential
for building up human capital (spiritual and moral, intellectual, creative, organizational and communicative).
