Abstract:

One of the priorities for young people education directions in modern Russia is the establishment of moral values associated with civic responsibility for the state fate and strengthening a sense of belonging to Russian historical past and native land love. Unsettled values and unclear life guidelines of modern youth lead to deformation of such moral attitudes
as love for Motherland or respect for a state. The purpose of the article is to demonstrate the project activities effectiveness in the civil-patriotic education of future teachers. The research is based on the analysis of pedagogical university projects implementation received grants from various funds. As a result, the article presents special skills and abilities as elements of project competence being developed during projects activities. The authors point out that student’s participation in the implemented project events influences the positive dynamics of young people attitude to the historical past of their native country, literature and culture of the state.
