Approaches to design an individual path for teaching high school students

Abstract:

The article discusses the design of individual paths for high school students in the Russian Federation. The purpose of the article is to analyze and substantiate the need for individual educational paths in higher education as a tool to improve the educational process and to introduce innovative pedagogical technologies, methods and forms of education meeting modern world requirements. The research is carried out on the basis of theoretical, systemic, personalityoriented and empirical methods to analyze scientific information on the problem under study. The results of the study are to substantiate the design of individual paths of student learning on the basis of VSTU. The analysis of the existing developments of the individualization of the university educational process is carried out and an algorithm for the design of an individual educational path is proposed; it allows taking into account the strengths and weaknesses of a student to adjust the individual learning. The successful implementation of individual paths in higher education will improve the quality of educational services provided and bring the university to higher ranking indicators among the country’s universities. The results obtained show the promise of further research on the problem of individualization as a resource for improving the quality of higher education.
