AUDIOVISUAL TECHNOLOGIES AS A PRIORITY AREA OF THE FORMATION OF AUDIOVISUAL CULTURE OF CHILDREN IN THE SYSTEM OF SUPPLEMENTARY EDUCATION

Abstract:

Introduction. The article presents the directions of the formation of children’s audiovisual culture in the system of supplementary education: creative, educational, methodical, concert-creative. The concert and creative direction is thoroughly considered in the context of implementation of the entertainment of concert events using audiovisual means of expression, as well as the problems of their qualitative use. The tenden-cies of audiovisual accompaniment in choreographic, theatrical and artistic directions are regarded.

Materials and methods. The research was based on the methods of study, theoretical analysis and generalization of pedagogical experience (for example, the students learn the optional module “Fundamentals of audiovisual culture of concert and creative activities” within the educational program of creative courses).

Results. According to the results of the research, the practical experience of the implementation of the optional module “Fundamentals of audiovisual culture of concert and creative activity”, which forms the audiovisual culture of children in the system of additional education, is considered.

Conclusions. It is concluded that the inclusion of this module contributes to the development of artis-tic and aesthetic taste, introduces the cultural and historical heritage of society; improves the perception of the artistic worldview; expands children’s horizons in the field of information technology integration.
