THE  MODEL  OF  FUTURE  TEACHERS  TRAINING IN THE CONDITION OF PROFESSIONAL STANDARD (BASED ON BACHELORS TRAINING STUDIED AT 6.44.03.05 PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION  (WITH  TWO  MAJORS  OF  TRAINING)  COMPUTER  SCIENCE AND  MATHEMATICS)

Introduction. Professional standards are one of the important tools of the Education Quality Assurance and the necessary means for ensuring its continuity. However, today the requirements for the competencies and qualifications of the teacher often do not meet the requirements of educational standards for graduate outcome assessment at pedagogical universities. Therefore, it is obvious that the modern model of training future teachers for professional activities should be developed according to the new realities pointed out in the professional standard.

Methodology. The generalized model of teacher training should include three main blocks: subject training (what to teach); pedagogical training (General: how to teach; special: how to teach a specific subject; psychological and pedagogical: whom to teach, taking into account the psychology of students); practical training. Since the basis of the professional standard “Teacher” is the labor functions of employees of educational organizations, respectively, in the model of training future graduates of pedagogical universities should be laid the possibility to implement the following basic functions: General pedagogical, educational and developmental.

Results. The authors of the article propose the model of bachelors training studied at 6.44.03.05 Pedagogical education (with two majors of training) Computer science and Mathematics, reflecting the requirements of the Teacher professional standard.

Conclusions. The professional standard of the teacher acts as a normative and legal tool that can ensure the unity of requirements in the professional and pedagogical sphere and provide conditions for the quality training of teaching staff within the framework of the education system state requirements. According to the developed model, the curriculum of training of bachelors should be composed in such a way that the content of the academic disciplines affect the formation of the necessary knowledge and skills that ensure the implementation of the Teacher labor functions.
