YOUTH IN LABOUR MARKET: ESSENCE, PROBLEMS, ADAPTATION FEATURES

Introduction. The modern labor market imposes new requirements on the education system, requir- ing not only theoretical training of graduates, but also the formation of their competencies that allow them to function successfully in the new economic conditions, to instill skills of social and professional adaptation, i.e. to prepare young professionals able to withstand competition. However, inefficient work of labor market infrastruc- ture institutions exacerbates the problem of providing enterprises with young competitive personnel. This prob- lem is particularly acute in agriculture. The aim of the work is to study the main problems of adaptation of young people to the agricultural labor market. To achieve the goal, the following tasks are set and solved: theoretical aspects of adaptation of young people to the agricultural labor market are studied, the main problems that hinder the effective development of youth human capital are identified, the essence of the value chain of human capital in the process of adaptation of young people to the labor market is revealed.

Methodology. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is the work of domestic and for- eign scientists and specialists on the problems of adaptation of young people to the agricultural labor mar- ket. Research methods: abstract-logical, expert, monographic.

Conclusion. Identified key problems of the adaptation of youth on the labor market in agriculture and the features of the process in the conditions of Omsk region. It is revealed that the process of adaptation of young people is influenced by the following blocks: differentiating factors, conditions of macro – and micro-social environment.
