THE INTEGRATION OF PSYCHOLOGICAL, PEDAGOGICAL, METHODIC AND SUBJECT-BASED TRAINING OF FUTHURE TEACHERS AT UNIVERSITY

The article is devoted to the study of the problem of psychological and pedagogical, methodical and subject training integration of future teachers at the University, aimed at improving the quality of modern pedagogical education.

The purpose is to identify the most promising ways and means of integration of various aspects of training on the basis of the description of factors affecting the integration of psychological, pedagogical, methodological and subject training of students of pedagogical universities, as well as empirical data on the readiness of teachers for this process.

On the basis of the methods of theoretical analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature and publications, analysis of normative documents, problem analysis, the need for integration, given the need for the formation of future teachers of complex results, formulated in the language of competencies that are relevant to modern contexts of professional and pedagogical activity (new labor reality; a different under- standing of the teaching profession; the situation of changing the concept of childhood; the situation of cul- tural, age, language, technological and information diversity). With the help of methods of systematization and evaluation of information obtained in the course of theoretical analysis, the main directions of integra- tion of psychological and pedagogical, methodological and subject training of future teachers at the Univer- sity are identified. Methods of interpretation of the data, survey and questionnaire allowed to identify possi- ble difficulties and risks of integration.

It is concluded that the success of the integration of psycho-pedagogical, methodological and subject training of future teachers at the University largely depends on the readiness of the Professor-faculty to work in interdisciplinary teams, their involvement in this process.
