The result of the study of terminological vocabulary was the proof that, despite the differences exist- ing between the literary language and the language of science, terminology develops on the basis of general literary language, taking into account its grammatical rules, word-building principles.

A study of the literature on this topic allowed the author to draw conclusions about the fact that lin- guists have been engaged in it for several decades, while it does not lose its relevance, because any national language is in constant development, new terms are created, their properties and attributes are widened. In addition, using the English business terminology for illustrating, the author came to the conclusion that the existing rules and characteristics are universal and applicable to different languages.
