SOCIAL GUIDELINES FORMATION IN THE PROCESS OF PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL SUPPORT OF SENIOR SCHOOL

STUDENTS PROFESSIONAL SELF-DETERMINATION

Introduction. The author substantiates the relevance of psychological and pedagogical support in the process of senior school students professional self-determination. Insufficient development in the theory and practice of social guidelines and their role in solving the problem of senior school students’ profession- al self-determination made it possible to set a goal–to develop a model of psychological and pedagogical support, taking into account the senior school students’ social guidelines.

Materials and Methods. The research is carried out on the basis of testing methods and pedagogical experiment.

Results. The author presents the types of senior school students according to the results of the study of readiness for professional self-determination and social guidelines.

Conclusions. The authors came to the conclusion that the result of psychological and pedagogical support of senior school students professional self-determination is the support of students ‘ social guide- lines aimed at work, labor process enjoyment, self-realization; the construction of conditions that contribute to disharmonic social guidelines correction.
