QUALITY OF LIFE AND SECURITY OF POPULATIONBY OF LONG-TERM USE SUBJECTS (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE OMSK REGION)

The author of the article has described the main features and aspects of the economic and sociologist term «quality of life», its indexes and estimations. The author gives the priority in the quality of life estima- tions to the objective estimations over the subjective estimations.

The important place of the article is devoted to the detailed characteristics of different indexes of quality of life. Then the table of dynamics’ indexes of rating on quality of life in districts of the Siberian federal region was formed and analyzed. The analysis was completed by the indexes of provision of long using commodities in Omsk region and the conclusion about the relationship between the rating on quality of life and the rating of provision of long using commodities.
