PROSPECTS FOR THE REALIZATION OF RUSSIAN-CHINESE YOUTH COOPERATION

Problem. Recently, a large number of interstate events aimed at developing cooperation between the universities of Russia and China on the basis of the principle of dialogue of cultures took place. At the same time very few articles devoted to the comparative analysis of education in Russia and China in the context of realizing the prospects for the implementation of Russian-Chinese youth cooperation were published in international scientific journals.

Methodology of comparative studies. Comparative education studies the development of education systems in different countries and regions of the world, as well as international cooperation. The actual di- rection of research in this area is the comprehension of the prospects for the development of Russian- Chinese youth cooperation in the modern information space. As a result of the analysis of methodological approaches of national and foreign scientists, the main tendencies of modern comparative studies are re- vealed. Comparativists pointed out the need to focus on training young people for interaction in a multicul- tural environment.

Results. The essence of the activity of Russian-Chinese student business incubators is revealed. The article actualizes the aspects of interaction of youth in the conditions of a multicultural environment. The use of the experience of interaction of social partners in improving the information support of Russian- Chinese youth cooperation in practice of higher professional education is grounded. The data of the infor- mation and analytical system concerning information coverage of the activities of Russian-Chinese student business incubators are presented. The prospects for the implementation of Russian-Chinese youth coopera- tion and the opportunities for interaction of social partners in the development of international youth coop- eration are also determined.

Conclusion. Based on the idea of a “dialogue of cultures” the modern methodology of comparative education pays attention to the fundamental importance related to the “mechanism of cultural selection” – “peaceful borrowing” of the best practices of countries that have recognized achievements of scientific schools. The need of the information society in the use of reflexive management in the process of training marketable professionals in modern sociocultural conditions is obvious.
