PROFESSIONAL SELF-EDUCATION OF FUTURE TEACHERS BASED ON WEB-QUEST TECHNOLOGIES (THE CASE OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE)

The article considers the theoretical aspect of future teachers’ professional self-education problem based on web-quest technologies. The aim of our research is to study the peculiarity of web-quest technolo- gy, to create a guidance paper of web-quest, to define its importance in future teachers’ professional self- education. Such scientific methods as a review of literature on teacher training, documents, research contri- butions, generalization, comparison and description аre used in the research. The methodology of the given research is presented by a synergetic approach.

The authorial guidance paper of web-quest «Universities of Great Britain» is offered. It is concluded that web-quest technology contributes to future teachers’ professional self-education in English classes.
