NEW SELF-EMPLOYMENT TRENDS IN THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN: FROM OUT WORK TO CREATIVE SERVICES

Self-employment in Kazakhstan, as well as the conditions and ways of forming its new model, based on a global trend of creativity and transition to a digital economy were analyzed. The used analytical tools are a com- bination of analysis, deduction and sociological research; a monographic method, statistical data and logical conclusions were involved. The analysis made it possible to assess the self-employment in the Republic of Ka- zakhstan and create a mechanism of its development in the form of a proposed authorial model for the develop- ment of self-employment in Kazakhstan. The low level of development of creative self-employment in the Re- public of Kazakhstan was proved on empirical material. The element of novelty was the justification of freelanc- ing as a new tool for increasing employment and living standards in Kazakhstan.

Keywords: self-employment, freelancing, infrastructure, Internet labor exchange, survey, creative services.
