Problem. In the 1830s, A. S. Pushkin discovered the deep meaningfulness of universal values, along with the formation of the inner world of a person performing a life-building function. Turning to the experi- ence of ancient rhetorical forms, the author reveals the key ideas of modernity, recreating the connection be- tween time and universal laws of spiritual existence.

Purpose. Describe the forms of philosophical generalizations in the prose of A. S. Pushkin of the 1830s and their role in for-the formation of the Russian philosophical prose.

Conclusion. As Pushkin claims in his prose a kind of philosophical generalizations, which is “mytho- logical” in nature; as such, there may be apothegm, hria, parable, legend, and other rhetorical genres. This process is carried out by switching the narrative from one time plan to another, which in turn contributed to the formation of a new type of prose that combines the features of literature and myth.
