DEVELOPMENT OF FUTURE OFFICERS READINESS FOR THE MILITARY TROOP EDUCATION IN THE CONDITIONS OF MILITARY EDUCATION HUMANITARIZATION

Introduction. In this article the theoretical aspect of the problem of development of readiness of the future officer for educational activity in military divisions is considered.

The aim of the study is to analyze the pedagogical possibilities of the educational process of military higher education institution in the training of future officers for educational activities in military collectives. In the process of research methods of the theoretical analysis of pedagogical literature, curricula of preparation of future officers for pedagogical work, studying of features of various forms of educational process of military higher education institution in formation and development of pedagogical competences of future officers are used. The study is based on the methodology of a systematic approach, which considers the educational process as a system that contributes to the development of the desired quality.

The result of the study is the representation of pedagogical potentials of humanitarian disciplines of military higher education institutions, which have an effective impact on the development of the readiness of the future officer for educational work in the military unit. At the same time, the study presents the pedagogical possibilities of various forms of educational work in the conditions of humanization of military education, contributing to the formation of pedagogical competence of cadets of military higher education.
