COOPERATION AS A FACTOR OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF POTATO GROWING INDUSTRY

The paper proposes A model of mutually beneficial and effective cooperation of raw commodity producers and a processing enterprise within the framework of an agricultural consumer cooperative, it will  allow restoring the lost production and economic links between potato producing enterprises and processing enterprises.

The most promising zones of the Omsk region are determined in the work, taking into account the main factors affecting the potatoes production; the mathematical toolkit of industrial activity modeling for the agricultural consumer cooperative formed by agricultural commodity producers is presented. The crea- tion of joint production shows that the establishment of mutually beneficial ties between agricultural pro- ducers will significantly increase their economic stability.
