COMPETITIVENESS OF THE EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION AND DETERMINING FACTORS

Introduction. The problem of educational organization competitiveness in the modern market of educational services is considered in the article. The purpose of the article is to examine the essential characteristics of the competitiveness of the educational organization and the factors that determine it. The article focuses on the analysis and description of factors that, in the opinion of the author, ensure the competitiveness of educational organizations in the modern market of educational services. Critical analysis and description of criteria of competitiveness of the educational organization are conducted.

The results of the theoretical and empirical analysis reflected in the article allow us to conclude that the assessment of the competitiveness of the educational organization, namely, the development of criteria

for the evaluation procedure, is today a serious problem. The complexity and ambiguity of these criteria requires further research and development, as well as the non-development of qualitatively calibrated scales to assess the meta-subject competencies of graduates. In addition, it is possible to conclude with confidence that employers are not ready to present clearly formulated requirements for a young specialist-a graduate of a university.
