STATISTICAL ESTIMATE OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC STUDENTS ENVIRONMENTAL TRAINING SYSTEM EFFICIENCY

Abstract:

The article considers an example of the methods of socio-economic statistics use in pedagogical stud-ies. One of the tasks of the pedagogical experiment is to evaluate the reliability of the results obtained. The most popular method of statistics to study the interrelationships between the indications is the use of correlation indi-cators that provide an assessment of the connection tightness, the ratio of factors affecting the score.
It also gives an example of the correlation analysis use in a pedagogical experiment conducted to test in practice social and economic students environmental training system efficiency from the standpoint of the sustainable development concept and education for sustainable development.
As a result of the pedagogical experiment, a statistically confirmed positive trend is observed. Thus, the use of indicators of correlation analysis makes it possible to state the effectiveness of the implementa-tion of the developed system of environmental training of socio-economic students.
